You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU) and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@saathixurl.online if you suspect unauthorised access.

SaathiX provides tools to publish a smart business profile, generate branded QR codes, manage links, and view scan/click analytics. The Service is offered on an "as-is" basis and may evolve over time. We may add, modify, suspend or remove features with reasonable notice where it affects you materially.

You retain all ownership of the content you upload (logos, photos, text, links). By posting it on the Service you grant SaathiX a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, cache, reproduce, adapt (e.g. resizing images) and display that content solely so we can operate the Service. You represent that you have all rights necessary to share the content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

You agree not to use the Service to publish unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, infringing or harmful content; impersonate others; transmit malware; interfere with the Service; scrape data without permission; or violate our Acceptable Use Policy. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate this section.

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processors.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from your dashboard.
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice; changes take effect on your next renewal.
• You are responsible for applicable taxes (GST/VAT) unless we collect them on your behalf.
• Failure to pay may result in downgrade to the free tier or suspension of paid features.

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. In summary: annual plans are refundable within 14 days if unused; monthly plans are not refundable for the current period.

Physical products are custom-printed to your order. Once production starts they are non-cancellable. Defective items can be replaced within 7 days of delivery, contact support@saathixurl.online with photos.

The SaathiX name, logo, website, templates, code, designs and documentation are owned by SaathiX or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works of the Service except as permitted by these Terms.

The Service may link to or integrate with third-party platforms (Google, WhatsApp, payment processors, social networks). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those services. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaathiX, its officers, employees and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenues, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or INR 5,000, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold SaathiX harmless from any claim, loss or expense arising from your content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

You can close your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others. On termination your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (IP, liability, indemnity, governing law) will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
