You must not upload, share or link to content that:

• Is illegal under Indian law or the law of the visitor's country.
• Promotes or sells regulated goods without authorisation, narcotics, weapons, prescription drugs, counterfeit currency, fake documents.
• Constitutes hate speech, harassment, threats, doxxing, stalking, or content that incites violence against a person or group based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, caste, nationality or disability.
• Sexualises or endangers minors in any form, CSAM is reported immediately to the authorities.
• Is non-consensual sexual content, sexual extortion or revenge imagery.
• Is defamatory, libellous, or invades another person's privacy.
• Infringes copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents or any other intellectual property right.
• Contains malware, ransomware, phishing kits, credential harvesters or links to such material.
• Promotes pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, get-rich-quick scams, fake investment opportunities or fraudulent payment links.
• Impersonates another person, business or brand without authorisation.
• Glorifies self-harm, suicide or terrorism.

• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to accounts, servers or data ("hacking").
• Probing, scanning or testing the security of the Service without our written permission.
• Bypassing rate limits, captchas, billing or any other technical control.
• Scraping or harvesting data from public profiles in bulk without consent.
• Sending unsolicited bulk messages, SMS or email using SaathiX links ("spam").
• Using the Service to load-test, proxy or relay third-party services without authorisation.
• Reselling or sub-licensing the Service as your own product without a partnership agreement.
• Operating multiple accounts to evade enforcement actions.

When we receive a report or detect a violation we may, depending on severity: warn you, remove the content, restrict features, suspend the account, terminate the account or report it to law-enforcement. For serious violations (CSAM, terrorism, credible threats of violence) we act immediately and without prior notice.

If you believe an enforcement action was a mistake, email appeals@saathixurl.online within 30 days with your account email and the reasons. A different reviewer will reconsider the decision and reply within 7 business days.

Report content or accounts that violate this AUP to abuse@saathixurl.online. Include the profile URL, a description of the issue and any evidence (screenshots, links). We treat reports confidentially.

To report copyright infringement, email copyright@saathixurl.online with: (a) your contact details, (b) identification of the copyrighted work, (c) the SaathiX URL of the infringing material, (d) a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorised, (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act, and (f) your physical or electronic signature.
